3- 5 years from now - future might show 'It was the right Strategy' - also for Shareholders - only time can tell.

JT is the biggest shareholder of all (private persons) - and you can read development backswords - 'he must feel and want to Prove' that this company has the potential to 'bee BIG' - make Shareholders Real Money - or he would have thrown in the towel - already - given the massive critic he's had to endure since loss in patent trial - some 7 months ago (feels like years - right) :)

I suppose going after/slowing down Generic's every way possible (for infringement - whatever) is part of keeping US Branded market alive - long as possible.
