A share selling and now share swapping scam for one Plug owned business to another, yet RedGawk can find no time to file their 10K. Imagine that, but Plug has plenty time on his hands to take shares out of one pocket and move to another, ditto with the money. I remember when Urban Casavant played these same games, and Darcy Plug seems to be following the SCAM blueprint to a “T”. Sooner than later, I feel the SEC will come down on this and halt this scam, especially now that RedGawk has become an openly non reporting pinkie.
RedGawk must be in some pretty deep conversion do do or they didn’t hit the revenues they posted. Either way, this doesn’t look good.
If anyone feels like they have been defrauded by Plug and RedGawk, I’ll post a link of how to file a claim.
