Be careful of this type of law suit, this could sink your investment even further. A few people here are just bad investors and never learn.

I remember a Canadian oil company stock I owned, the stock shot up from ~$3 to $25 over a year. Finding oil in the Sudan, banks quickly gave funding for drilling. lucky I sold at around $25. The stock collapsed when share holders filed a lawsuit against company insiders. Bank pulled the funding, bad news. back to $3.

ARKS I believe was the symbol.
