As I stated elsewhere a couple of days ago: "BO is simply not going to happen" - and today's statement from JT - also 'Once and for All for now - makes it clear GIA in Europe - is HOW IT'S GOING TO BEE - so fighting against it - is simply waist of time and energy for everybody - end of story.

JT from today on Europe:

Interesting that Amarin a actually taking the case to Supreme Court. What I understand (lay person) your case have to be 'special/principal' to have a chance for the highest court - but Law people must think they have a chance - I suppose.
