NEWT Raises its dividend

Newtek Business Services Corp., (Nasdaq: NEWT), an internally managed business development company (“BDC”), today announced that it is revising its 2020 annual dividend forecast to a range of $1.90 to $2.201 per share, tightened from the previous range of $1.80 to $2.30 per share. In addition, Newtek issued its 2021 annual dividend forecast in a range of $2.00 to $2.501 per share. The revised dividend forecast for 2020 and the dividend forecast for 2021 do not include any potential impact of any possible future authorization of the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
