Some coordination is needed and so what David Innes may be signaling by that remark could be very negative. As long as TLD or an unambiguous timeline for TLD is released on or before November 20, 2020 we’re fine.

Having multiple nothingburger conferences in November 2020 and blowing through the end of the month with no clear explanation would be an extreme disservice to shareholders and that is saying something when we’re talking about NWBO. I do not think that will happen but remember that NWBO is the company that said TLD in September 2020 when they either knew or should have known that was unattainable and their only communication to revise that was a sloppy online appearance by Les Goldman which was so ambiguous we could not even agree on when it was filmed. NWBO also expanded the trial behind our backs years ago but let us think for months during that process that we were a year and something out from the end (that was back when they had PFS as the endpoint).

I believe that NWBO management will recognize that they need to produce in November 2020, that there is no scope for delay but then without a means of other stakeholders imposing accountability there is to my mind as high as a 25% chance, in light of Innes’ remark deemphasizing conferences that history will repeat itself. As always the usual defenders will excuse it if that happens. I have placed bets that this time is different but emotionally at least be prepared not even for bad TLD but for no TLD in November at all.
