Referring to the form that terminates a company's obligations to file with the SEC .. form 15-12G . They should've filed it in August if the merger and filings were going to take over 3 months like this.

I really appreciate your efforts here and I have a lot to lose also, if we all share in these concerns maybe the company will act with more urgency in regards to filings. Again I think within a year is key so just filing the 10k from just over a year ago will likely put us in safe territory. I bet the stock goes over .03 in a hurry on that alone, for starters....
