I will guarantee that the Lawyers know what is going on and how to handle things with the SEC and IR @ Cerebain has stated that its in the Lawyers hands right now.

Cerebain has kept its mouth shut for a while now, and they are not gonna screw up everything that they have worked for by letting something like that happen..... especially since there has been about 50 million more shares added in the last 2 months.

Cerebain is a keeper, and when they get current it'll be too late to see anything in this price range!
