LINK TO IT BEING ILLEGAL FOR A COMPANY TO DILUTE SHARES PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER A PRESENTATION AT A CONFERENCE?

Company wouldn't (and I am certain that it "cannot") dilute with a key data readout/presentation in few days.
