Yes - seriously.

It is a big downer. I was simply asking what the other guy might be expecting between now an EOY that would cause him not to sell right now given that he also was negative on the stock.

I am leaning towards selling mine by EOW and moving on, but was interested in what he (or anyone else for that matter) thought might happen between now and EOY to reverse the tide.

I don't wait to the end of December for my tax selling - that is when I put some extreme lowball buy orders in to catch share from those who wait to the last minute to do their tax selling. What I am trying to determine is whether I hold past the end of this week.
