Nice news; but of course we get the general terms....
Cash & stock....how much cash, and how much stock would be nice to know....Unfortunately with the other private placements last few weeks; the stock has been diluted. Wish we knew the true outstanding and float. On a positive; lots more positive news to come in the future; and IMO, any where at a penny or under, is a good starting point, or adding point. This was close to 10 cents a few months ago, with nothing going on; so IMO, can make it back there one day
