Watts, do you believe the stock is manipulated?

I am thinking back to the person that wrote that he actually talked to Tom and Tom mentioned that a certain investor was keeping the share price down. The little bit of research I’ve done seems to say that it is possible to manipulate a low volume stock like LQMT.

I actually surprised this thing is still under .16. I have always thought any shares under Professor Lugee Li’s average share price are eventually going to pay off. There is no way he would let this thing lose money for himself.
