Impact Fusion International, Inc is in the business of marketing products in the “Health and Wellness” sector of all international markets. It is our company's mission to invent, develop and market these proprietary products worldwide for the health and well being of humans and animals to aid in their overall well being.
Our management intends to target a list of products that will be developed into revenue producing, profitable brand sectors utilizing investment capital and other resources including management, patent development and strategic planning for the benefit of these individual brands. Impact Fusion International, Inc.owns patent pending technologies that are the core ingredient in all of our products.
Impact Fusion International owns brands such as Nutri-Mastic™, Intact Nutrition™, Equine Intact™, Pet Intact™ and Intact™ Sports Nutrition. All products are built around a proprietary,patent pending blend called Nutri-Mastic™. Nutri-Mastic™ is, in our opinion, perfectly balanced with ionic minerals and Mastic Gum. We believe that this patent pending combination improves delivery of nutritional absorption into the cellular system and delivers anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, supports digestive function, the immune system, vital organ health, healthy blood cells and supports cardiac muscle and heart function. In connection with the Company's intention to becoming a fully reporting entity and to have our stock trade on the OTC Bulletin Board, the Company intends to embark on the first step of the process; filing a Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. In conjunction with this filing, we are preparing audited financial statements for both Impact Fusion International as well as Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. Spearheading this project has been our Chief Financial Officer, Pamela J Thompson. Ms.Thompson has worked closely with our auditor, Patrick Tarvaran, of Tarvaran, Askelon and Company in preparation of the filing of the Form 10 filing documents. When our filing is accepted by the SEC, we will be fully reporting company pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and when our market maker effects the filing with, and our filing is accepted by FINRA,we will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.
We have also taken significant steps to re-structure and prepare our wholly owned subsidiary, Supreme Energy Resources, Inc., to separate itself from our primary business as, in the long term, a new publicly reporting company. We are taking this step so that current management can focus its undivided attention to the business of the parent company, Impact Fusion International. I remind Impact Fusion shareholders that the intent is for our shareholders to receive 1 new share of Supreme Energy for each share of Impact Fusion they hold at the time of the approval of Supreme's Form 10 by the SEC. We have performed a Phase 1, Phase II and we have completed an appraisal of the 63 acre Energy Research Park in Louisiana. This will allow us to complete the corporate audit and the subsidiaries audit complete and separate. All aspects of the audits have been fully funded. We cannot, of course, provide assurances as to the timing of the separation of the Supreme Energy business nor whether a market will be developed for their securities.
Supreme Energy Resources, Inc., located and centered in Napoleonville, Louisiana, has one distinct purpose, the creation of a 63 acre Energy Research Park. The creation of this 63 acre Energy Research Park environment will allow alternative energy technologies to be developed and implemented for validation and commercialization. This environment, we believe, will work with Universities, Government, Various Grants, Corporations and Patent Holders to further these technologies for the betterment of mankind. Their first partner is a Canadian Energy Engineering Design firm which specializes in alternative energy development. Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. intends to develop, validate and commercialize alternative energy products for sale while being demonstrated to the consumer at our facility.
In the interim the Company has been working diligently to upgrade its e-commerce website at www.intactnutrition.com. We have redesigned our labels on the 13 items in our product line which can be seen at shop.intactnutrition.com and are available for purchase on our website. All inventory has been purchased and funded, which is either on the shelf or in manufacturing for delivery in the near future. Our product line now includes:

In addition to the Intact Nutrition product line, we are very proud to announce that we are currently in the development stage of creating products to address a number of different issues affecting women and children around the world. We anticipate, but cannot guarantee, launch of these products before the end of the fourth quarter 2010. We have also developed a powdered Health and Wellness drink we named "Intact™Energy", a healthy energy shot "Mastic Blast" and "Intact™ Hangover Support".
The Company has also refined its Sport Nutrition product line as part of its Intact Sports Nutrition™ Wellness Program designed to promote good nutrition, good health and peak physical performance without the need for steroids. Kenneth Davidson, retired NFL star, is currently spearheading this program along with our staff, which will reach out to young athletes across the country. This product line replaces the Myotrend Nutrition Brand by creating products that have a broader focus of all athletes not just body building.
Our Equine products are currently being used on thoroughbreds in Florida with great results. Our Chief Technology Officer, Joseph Scivoletto, is working closely with trainers and world class equestrians to improve the overall health and race performance of several award winning horses.
The management team is currently working on internet marketing strategies which will be designed to broaden consumer awareness worldwide via the internet. We believe that it is easier and less expensive to stay well, than to get well. With that philosophy in mind, our goal at Impact Fusion International is to increase distribution of our Intact Nutrition products through every means, possible including but not limited to, the internet, direct sales, opt in email awareness, targeted newsletters and magazines, affiliate programs, blogs, landing pages, localized radio and TV and by using grass roots word of mouth. Social networking sites on the internet will be a key component in allowing users of the Intact Nutrition products to share experiences of renewed vigor and health and personal successes. WITH THE EXPERIENCE GATHERED FROM CLIENT FEEDBACK AS WELL AS TRAVELING THE UNITED STATES, CANADA AND EUROPE, SHE HAS AMASSED A WEALTH OF INFORMATION OF INESTIMABLE VALUE FOR HER WORK.
