"the Preferreds are not so easy to track' ... so I'm simply in a wait and see mode', ... remember a few facts' ... originally the "K"'s received their 4% dividend from WMI the Parent Corp in a reasonable time line as the WMI Common Shares' ... and' ... the "P"s were handled by a Subsidiary, NOT BY THE PARENT"

So it sounds like from your perspective the preferred shares are a bit more of a toss-up in terms of what happens to them. I remember according to the original prospectus, the P's were convertable....I wonder if that "convertability" option would still apply, in the event that the $$ all goes to the commons.
