I live in Arizona, second time MJ legalization on the ballot. I talked with a head shop owner before the 2016 vote , He would not support because the laws were bad for cannabis business owners,had nothing to do with weed, just bad wording and it failed. Now mind you he was a head shop owner who would profit from legalization. This year all they are mad about is money wont go to schools, our state lottery is supposed to be helping schools. So here we are this time on the ballot and I believe it will pass. My point being.... Trump was not the problem in legalization , he has left it to the states.I firmly believe that once all states have their weed laws in place that it will make no sense for federal not to legalize and reap some tax money off it. And I believe the Safe act will pass once the election is over. It makes sense not to handle all that cash with a virus going on and it makes sense to include MJ businesses in any stimulus since they were deemed essential , so they will need a bank account to receive federal funds. My opinion.
