PAUL is still there, yes he moves quick when hit on the ask, but he also will move back down if the ask isn't getting hit. What we need is him at the top of the ask alone and either one big buyer or a coordinated effort to slap the ask while he's alone to take all his shares and knock him off the L2 once and for all. Once PAUL is gone this moves faster.
