Sadly, due to his health issues and mine and my wife's we were never able to get our schedules together. He even offered to pay for me to meet the both of you at a mutually convenient location.

I am disheartened and sad.

May he rest in peace.

The SEC on Sep 16, 2020 approved a change to its rules that would largely prevent brokers from quoting prices for OTC stocks unless the companies issuing such shares released up-to-date financial information to the public.
