Pharm@ I agree with you - some 50% - and have never supported the smearing of JT or any other Amarin employee for that matter. I would like an explanation: Why the 9th Circuit - but that's all water under the bridge now.
--------------------------------

I don't agree with you in the 'hide in the cave part' - waiting to see what Generic do.

This is not how business works' - You wait to se what competitors do' you are already hopeless behind. Amarin has (should have) informed Bio press - Financial press - about plan B - C - if legal case is lost (which it most likely is).

Instead they have been hiding in a hole - doing NOTHING - to support the SP - since the disaster ruling in Marts 2020.

Generic Hikma (590 products) about 19.000 employees - Dr. Reddy - +190 products - about 29.000 employees - this is daily routine for them. They have cases like this all the time - this is 'What they do - How they operate' - they do not care one bit 'What Amarin does' - for it's survival. It's business for them.
---------------------------------

So the Idea' that Amarin 'has to hide' Not to give their Move away - is absolute nonsense. The Company has to face the 'Nev reality' - that generic bloodhound lawyers Won the first 2 rounds (most likely the game) for US Brand Vascepa market.

Of course they should follow up on 'the very small chance of Reversal' - but at the same time - They have to 'Move On' - facing the new realty Head On. Give the market 'Something' to regain some sort of trust/believe in that this Company is not dead/beaten.

No one could ever blame Amarin for 'public announcing' that the company is aggressively working on a BO with a number of BP's - so why 'don't they'. It would not cost a penny' The Market would love it - instead of the ever 'No Milk today - News today message' for Months and Months.
