Until we see AUDITED FINANCIALS from a reputable CPA Firm and PROOF of a buyback from the Certified T/A anything else is just CONJECTURE. As for any future LOIs from Dan, they should be followed by the statement, "For Entertainment Purposes Only" because that is about all the value they have.
