You would think a signed contract is a signed contract and because it was before Hexo acquired Newstrike brands it should hold up in court. In the mean time (HEXO) seems to have enough money to pay the bills. Anyone have any further information ? To be honest I considered it a loss for now and forgot about , but with the counter claim, it makes me pay a little more attention.
