I was hoping for a little more positive and upbeat response, but you may be right about issuing more shares to Cornell. As far as having to authorize more shares, MOBL already got the SEC to issue over a billion shares. Let's hope it doesn't come down to using all of them. They were originally authorized to prevent a hostile takeover.
