Cherry, had the same thoughts concerning both the rise and then takedown so close to topline. This looks like a coordinated effort by nefarious forces to try and dislodge as many shares possible before the inevitable good news which will then take the SP north of $5.
I do agree with BSB that a deal is in hand so this was possibly their last chance to scare more shares into their hands to cover positions or simply steal to coin a phrase from less informed investors.
I think that TLD will be closely followed by partnership/buyout news which will completely negate the impact of any dilution with warrants.
