Does anyone think the reason why there is no 10k is because the auditors didn't get paid? Or maybe they refused to take stock ? Their lawyers get paid in stock = maybe the auditors do as well. DILUTION DILUTION IS HERE AND NEVER GOING AWAY = THIS COMPANY CAN RUN AND MAKE EXCUSES BUT THEY CAN'T HIDE.
