Any orders will be ramping up so a full 3 month impact is questionable.

You could be correct, but I don't see it that way. Based on everything we know of products that LQMT was involved with in the past, whatever the product is in their first ever recurring order, it has to have been in the design and development stage for several years. So they have had plenty of time to gear up. And with Yihao as their contract manufacturer, there is no issue regarding manufacturing capacity.

The money from building rental and cash investment doesn't matter at all. LQMT is not a rental business nor are they a capital investment company. The number we are looking for will come from the product(s) currently under commercialization. I have no idea what that number is, but if it is less than $500k for the quarter, I'm going to jump out of my ground floor window. (I won't be able to afford the medical bills incurred by jumping off my roof). smile

Based on conversations I had with the former CEO, my understanding is that, in general*, there is a hefty profit margin involved with LQMT parts, and management specifically characterized this recurrent order as being one of volume. So while I'm just guessing, like everyone else, I think $500k for the quarter is a low ball number. But if you are a betting man, bet against me, because I am almost always wrong when I try to guess what this company is up to.

* However, in this particular case, they may have cut a sweetheart deal with the customer in question just to get their first volume recurring order. But with Lugee in charge, that's doubtful.
