I totally agree!

Once the merger is complete, the added value alone of the acquisition should push the PPS North of $1.00 or higher within a few days.

The $1 to $2 range short term IMO is a given.

Within one year, I would expect to see it trading above $5 and as high as $8, so this is definitely a stock to accumulate and hold.

The current PPS is irrelevant.
