Even if Biden wins, he will need to sweep all THREE branches of gov, that is to say Pres, House and Senate (SC isn't elected, but may be packed). This is highly unlikely, even if Biden wins. He can not do squat without BOTH chambers of congress fully behind him. So CG tax not likely to change, and if it does there is plenty of tome to deal with that after the election if worst does come to worst. Certainly no need to sell big time NOW!
