Unfortunately, the co. didn't elaborate on all the share issuance.
I reached out to them last week; but no response.
Though they valued all their offerings at 0.02; I have no idea, if they received the money for it; or paid off their debtors with free selling shares, valued at 0.02. Seems the latter; cause the stock traded millions over 1 cent; but then came down on small volume, since last weeks PR, on additional shares issued.
May have to wait for the interim report, to make sense of it all.
Regardless; hopefully they paid off all their debt; and have money left for working capital. Good sign, that all their issuance's were sold at 2 cents. I'm going to keep adding under a penny, as I can.
Still feel, The Co. has lots going on; and IMO, shouldn't have an issue to go back to 5 cents plus, as things materialize.
