Definitely something going on behind the scenes...

WHAT? I don't know but SOMETHING is up. I've been fooling on the OTC longer than many have been alive and I feel it in my bones...the crazy spikes aren't "just" MMmanip. It is but they are able to do it because some entity wants shares...and they scoop shares / take a position once in a while.
