I keep seeing all these different theories regarding how much who will get paid and when we will see the funds, stock, cash or a combination.


There are so many smart people on here with so many different ideas. It seems like a microcosm of what we are going through in this country.

I would like to hear thoughts on the following;

Escrow - P's getting paid this year yes/no?
Escrow - K's getting paid this year yes/no?
Escrow - U' getting paid this year yes/no?

If yes, estimated date, if no, what is the plan for the place holders?

I am just not that smart and this went way over my head in 2012.
