The company has ever since marts 30. ruling been caught in a bad circle - that for a brief moment 'leading up to appeal' made a small move - but very fast sent back to suffering by CAFC judges hardly looking at the case.

You do have to pinch yourself in the arm - at times - trying to understand how a 'fantastic positive scientific invention - like Vascepa - can end up 'pulling thousand of loyal investors into to property (or close for many). But never the less that is what happened as a result of one 'non science educated' Judges ruling.

I said it before - if 'T' wins the election - this story 'one form or another' has to be brought to White House and best of Fox News reporters. It will not be aloud to die.

If 'B' wins USA's economic will 'be washed to the sea' China will take over the world. Nobody will be able to afford other than bad generic copy drugs (half there already - bad drugs with often les of the active substance than Brand - soon as FDA approved). In that case neither Vascepa - or any other new invention in USA will have a chance of going anywhere.
