Let me ask a question, would a BP buyout be worth more than a BP partnership where they took say a 25% position. I do believe that NWBO if left independent could reach triple, perhaps even 4 digit share prices if in fact it's vaccines become part of the SOC in numerous solid cancers.

Let's assume they purchase that 25% position at $20, at $200 they've booked ten times their money, it could potentially go to a hundred times or even more with multiple solid cancers approved over time. The question is, would they really make more in attempting to purchase the entire company, and paying substantially more than the $20 I'm suggesting above, or by allowing the company to grow to the size of a BP itself, and own 25% of it.

I should note that a 25% position essentially gives the partner control, as it's almost impossible to defeat them in a voting measure, especially after Institutions who'll work with them take a substantial position. At some point in the future, they certainly could roll the company into their company, it's something that Roche has done multiple times, Genentech being the greatest example. The good news is, it's worked out well for both Genentech investors and for Roche. Much the same could be the case here.
