Another clue that I overlooked that leads me to believe that a merger/acquisition with Keystone Nano is a strong possibility comes from the NDTP team members page. James B. Hovis, who was responsible for negotiating the agreement with UPENN.

"Additionally, Mr. Hovis directs the NDT's acquisition and financing activities"

Why would NDTP have mentioned, or have for that matter, someone directing acquisition financing activities unless they had intentions of "acquiring" a company and/or its product(s)?

Keystone Nano sure seems like the perfect candidate for a mutually beneficial arrangement.
