Meo@ You 'shoot with sharp ammunition here' - and is 'sadly' Right - it isolated is not JT's fault - the faulty ruling - that killed the stock.

What in hindsight has been pointed out here numerous times is the absolutely 'in sane' choice of 9th Circuit. The most liberal Court in the USA. Just about any other court - the outcome would have been in favor of Amarin - and the world would have been a much different place for Shareholders.
