Ok you win - a Pyrrhic victory, eh? Got the used LCD display today, going to install it in a bit - had better damn work! BTW, my month's long frustration with my internet connection is finally over - after getting to Exec level customer support at Comcast and a week of exchanging emails they finally sent out a senior tech yesterday - after two hours of troubleshooting he discovered that the idiot who replace my old modem two weeks ago never fully activated the new one, that's why I was losing my connection every two minutes - could not believe something so routine was missed!

Oh, forget if I mentioned this or not - got x-rays of my foot Wed. afternoon, no stress fractures or anything - diagnosis was Metatarsalgia in both feet, inflammation of the foot pad where the
metatarsal toe bones connect to the mid-foot. It's a soft tissue injury, I had to buy special felt foot pads to relieve pressure on the joints so the pain and swelling go away - got them today but haven't taken them for a test drive yet, need to be sure the placement on every pair of orthotics is correct. I don't think golf caused this, it was walking in stocking feet in the OC Condo - I usually wear cushioned slippers down there because walking on wood floors makes my feet swell and hurt, but because I took two Advil for the cut on my right big toe on Sat I was walking around w/o my slippers because my feet didn't hurt. DUMB. I had to make a custom kitchen carpet years ago because I cannot walk on linoleum in bare feet either - got old man feet!
