As you point out, the FDA is one huge, game-playing bureaucratic bottleneck and just another criminal-bureaucratic, pay-to-play shake-down operation.

The voucher program is intended to reduce two types of inefficiency.

Let me get this straight – the FDA is using these vouchers to create more efficiency – is this a joke! Why don’t we over-haul and gut the hell out of this grossly wasteful, inefficient FDA boon-doggle.

And we wonder why the cost of new drugs and therapies is so damned high – government working it's ceaseless magic.

I wonder if the bureaucratic “genius’” of the FDA have ever thought to let the real-world market work to some small degree, but I guess that couldn’t happen and would cut into their strangle-hold on medicine in this country.
