Hi Guys,

Cresus2019, lets be real here, and lets define "next few years".

With that in mind for example lets use the next 3 years and see where that could take NGW.

I still suggest that you return to the April 6, 2019 Small Cap Investment research report. That being said because there is a great amount of forward looking business goals that were stated in a reasonable summary about NGW business.

So using this information NGW will have within the next 3 years a complete flower build out and production facility at their Coalinga California location.

That in summary would give NGW flower production of almost 300,000 square feet of grow room. This is almost 8.5 times the amount of space that they currently have in production (35,000 square feet currently.

So lets use 8 times the capacity for estimating purposes. I have stated before that once the extraction facility and the cloning setup in in full production NGW would easily be producing capacity that would generate sales of $25-30 million per years. There long ago goal was stated at $30 million per year.

So using this estimate of $25 million per year time 8 times = $200,000,000 per year.

Also lets assume that NGW continues to make money and the market place gives them a reasonable valuation market cap of 4 times sales. That means the market cap would be $800,000,000.

Share outstanding now are stated at 170,000,000 shares. So lets think that over the next 3 years that NGW would issue another 50-100 million additional shares, for corporate option to key employees, other corporation expansion needs.

So lets use 75,000,000 additional shares issued in the next 3 years.

There for total shares outstanding would be at 245,000,000.

Price per share = market cap/shares outstanding.

So $800,000,000/245,000,000 = $3.26 per share.

This is just an estimate. And is my thinking only. Naturally there is potential for other business development that would/could greatly increase the total sales per year.

And if/when that would happen then the price per share could be much higher.

Remember that the Cannabis use is growing at a very high rate and will continue for many years.

Time will tell.

Buying more as funds become available.
