Having read the Administrative Proceeding brief on SHAH I have decided I am backing out of this equity. I will do it slowly so as to not influence the price one way or the other.

I know it is just the way things are but I am sick to death of people who feel they are above the law and don't give a crap about using their conscience. I don't screw people for a buck and I do not want to do anything with those who do.

I really wish the very best to all who remain with a position here. Whenever I find stuff like this about any stock I am in, I leave. There are plenty of companies out there who have no problem playing by SEC rules. I'll go play in their sandbox.
