Will the new year bring a reverse split and/or dilution? Unfortunately this happens time and time again on pink sheet listings. Let's hope that GlobeTel profits soar and Strat has its first commercial launch this year.....it has to be this year to prevent ungoing cash depletion and/or ceasing of operations.
