If they weren’t diluting immediately before they announced good results, it stands to reason they wouldn’t dilute after they announced good results, but before the stock experienced commensurate appreciation (explainable given the lack of detail until 11/6).

It is pretty clear they had some idea results would be good by the end of June, given they sold 1.5 million shares in the previous 2 months, when they were far less likely to have any trial information and the precariousness of the upcoming binary event was surely on their mind.
