yes that is correct.



this merger is basically a done deal. they are just taking care of some minor formalities.


everybody needs to read that letter. it makes it clear.



they are just finalizing it.

and working on post merger integration.



this is hardly a penny stock. this stock will trade in dollars in time.


and they will list on NASDAQ at some point.



this is instant $20 million in revenues that are expected to grow to $75 million in 2 years.
