If Hikma decides to risk a soft launch they assume the same risk as a full launch

Exactly ... I hope your post ends the talk about "soft" launch. Launch with "1" box or with "1.000.000" box are the same legally. "Soft" launch (whatever it means) does not make any sense ... they will launch or not.

I think they will launch.
