As I said it was on the Town Hall Call on May 29. That particular statement he made was discussed on this board by a number of folks. As I recall it was the first question that was asked of him from the questions that were submitted. I don’t know if there is a recording or transcript of it.

He then later backtracked in the August “Town Hall” about it since it was clear they weren’t going to be. Again discussed on the board then.

Right up there with the SHAC video where he inferred the stock offering was going to be higher than the $7.65 price showing on the S-1/A that had just been filed and there was was mild panic at the price showing.

Little did anyone know what was actually coming.
