Bunka needs to monetize the IP - make a deal... bring in some cash to minimize future dilution as stockholders (unlike mgt) will not get any free shares or options. Altria took Bunka to the woodshed and spanked him-stockholders were rewarded with splinters stuck in their investment. RS, uplist, two (LEXY) executives making $500k plus a year, market cap now crap compared to a year ago, more R&D --- nobody gives a shoot if we uplist. Reality is we are bleeding red ink every month and if we move to the NAS it will not stop the bleeding and attract investors--only sharks. Fudge the uplist and RS - do your job MGT and improve the numbers. MY two cents.. another 18 cents will buy a share today.....that says it all.
