This makes sense that it may not be part of the same project.

A couple thoughts though.

JG tweeted and this board still talks about JG getting provisional patent on this concept. While we do not know exactly what the concept is that he tweeted about "provisional patent", it definitely is not the whole JV or Healthy America project, but rather a piece or two.

Much like my previous post regarding ensuring that the originator be made very clear in the patent request, the same passion is undertaken for legal argument in any possibility of infringement on said request or patent. There is vigorous defending one's claim to intellectual property.

If this was even claim to an infringement, if JG truly has concept patent, then it will become visible in public at some point.

Or... this may be part of the same project, just different names while in "Beta".
