A big tell is IBM's process is different. From the IBM Digital Health Pass website,
https://www.ibm.com/products/digital-health-pass
This health pass relies on YOU to scan and upload your test. CLX's whole schtick is taking Lab Results from the lab themselves and delivering it to the app. You CAN self report tests in HA and CommonPass, but that's not the big selling point. If we weren't already working with CommonPass and HA I'd be way interested in trying to partner with IBM so we can deliver the data to their DHP, but we've already got an health pass we're working with in the US, and that's HealthyAmerica. Lets just focus on Our product and stomp IBM's to the dust.
I see where your coming from though. HA and DHP are doing very similar things. But when you look at process, it's different enough for me to make a conclusion. You could probably dig deeper and find other discrepancies in what CLX does and what IBM is doing.
Finally, I don't think I understand what you're saying when you mention these companies can use a large integrator like IBM for current operations. Care to elaborate? What operations specifically are you talking about?
