I stand by my statement that there is a waiting period to change directions for companies after they announce information.

By the time the next filing rolls out or delay it will be close to 45 days and waiting an extra 15 days to possible do a RS on the low end is no big deal for Henry I’m sure.

Henry telling us no RS gives him a new window and us some “comfort” if he is unloading shares again to cover the notes.

I’m not saying it won’t RS, all I’m saying is he should wait to avoid issues for miss leading investors if the move was to quick.
