If a company makes an announcement that they will do xyz, there is a seasoning period that they must follow before changing directions.

2nd: Henry is majority owner in vinafilms and holds over 25mill in assets. I think that is enough to go after.

Lastly: This falls under miss leading consumers, false advertising and so on. It would be a Henry made off with my money suit and that is how it would play out.

Again: if he said no RS he will wait a period of time before changing directions to avoid any issues. Everything I have read says 60-90 days depending on state. This falls under company announcements and miss leading consumers.
