I have been studying Level II here for a couple of weeks and I still can't get a firm handle on "how" this baby trades at this point (this is my third and last time around on this one). HOWEVER, what is fairly clear is that, with all due respect to the "Kangaroo" theorists, rather than this puppy "hopping" back up, there will be either (i) an EXPLOSIVE jump and (multi-day) run back towards and above .03; OR (ii) completely IMPLODE and crash back below .01. Based on the trading history, patterns and where we are in the new News cycle, I like our odds a WHOLE LOT!

But what do I know, I'm just a minnow swimming with the sharks and wales.
