Biogen first announced failure than after that started to post ad hoc spin the data into a success for subgroup(s). Without mentioning any subgroup over THE WHOLE group Anavex announce stat sig. That is quite something IMO.

If you are looking for examples. I know of one biotech that announced statistically significant for the P3 study which afterward turned out to be nothing but a big lie. Management then was rewarded by DOJ with a cozy holiday at the luxury department of Pelican Bay for 6 months but not after having to pay a $ 35 million entrance fee lol. True story. If you want I can look it up.
