One of the dozen or so major reasons I invested in $NDTP was/is the fact this guy (link below, Edward Mathias) was a co-founder of the 7 year old firm that is now $NDTP.

Look at the firm he is and has been a managing director of and co-founder of and co-start-up funder of, The Carlyle Group, a mega billion dollar financial giant on Nasdaq, that manages over 200 Billion dollars of world wide Investment funds.
